03AI applications
Answers from your own company knowledge.
Three routes to putting that knowledge to work — all on the same knowledge base and the same permission model.
Three routes to an AI application in production:
An AI agent you build yourself
Your team builds the agents in-house (Copilot Studio) and puts them where the work already happens — in Microsoft Teams, for example. The knowledge base underneath comes from us.
An application of your own
We develop a dedicated application with your own interface — conversation history, attachments and user feedback included.
A service with no user interface (API)
We provide the AI as a service with no user interface (API) that your existing programs call — it does its work without anyone opening a chat.
All three draw on the same knowledge base and the same permission model, built in your Azure environment.
Examples of what such an application can be used for:
Employees find answers in your company’s own knowledge base — new hires use it to get up to speed in their first few weeks.
Your own customers ask the assistant directly — about products, manuals and open cases.
An AI agent drafts quotes and RFP responses from your knowledge base — a person then reviews and approves them.
