Where the work lives:
Your Azure account: You grant us permissions in your environment to set up resources and assign roles.
Your GitHub: Everything we produce is version-controlled in your repository.
Documentation in the repository: system overview, technical reference, access guide and architecture diagram — it stays current alongside the code.
An NDA and a data processing agreement, before any access is set up.
Your cloud, your code, your data: we develop directly in your Azure and GitHub environment. Code, infrastructure and documentation stay with you.
What we build with:
Microsoft Azure first and foremost: infrastructure as code, identities and permissions through Entra ID, the AI layer with Azure AI Foundry and vector search, data pipelines in Python with scheduled runs on Azure ML.
Off-the-shelf building blocks wherever they exist: managed services on Azure, open-source front ends. Custom development only where it is needed.
How we work together:
Remote by default: we work in English and agree a standing overlap with your time zone. On-site visits are possible anywhere in the EU.
As much coordination as you need: a standing meeting, or whenever something comes up.
Building it together: we bring your team up to speed and build as one team, if that is what you want.
Two ways on from there: handoff to your team, or ongoing support from us.
What does it cost?
Ongoing support as a monthly partnership, from USD 2,500 a month.
A partnership can be scaled back in quieter periods.
